This process will create a new password which will be delivered to your inbox. Upon finishing this process, please ckeck your email account for the new password. Once you have it, please login into our site through the client access, and go to the [ADMIN ACCOUNT] link to change your new password to one more of your liking. You must change your password in order to gain access to your existing polls.
